11:59 PM Tonight: Bihar UGMAC 2026 Round 3 Registration Closes for MBBS, BDS

Bihar NEET aspirants have until 11:59 PM tonight. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will close registration for UGMAC 2026 Round 3 on October 6. If you qualified NEET UG 2026 and want a shot at an MBBS, BDS, BVSc or BFSc seat under the Bihar state quota, today is the last day to get into this round.

Round 3 is the last scheduled allotment stage for the state quota, and the board has not announced any further Bihar-level round after it. Registration opened on October 3, so anyone who started late still has today to finish the form, upload documents and pay the fee on the official BCECEB portal.

Which seats are covered in UGMAC Round 3

UGMAC is Bihar’s state counselling for undergraduate medical admissions. Round 3 covers MBBS seats in government and private medical colleges, BDS seats in government and private dental colleges, BVSc and Animal Husbandry seats in government veterinary colleges, and BFSc seats in government fisheries colleges. Everything in this round falls under the Bihar state quota, so a valid Bihar domicile is required along with the NEET UG 2026 qualification.

Students who did not get a seat in the earlier rounds can register fresh in Round 3. But if you were allotted a seat earlier and joined it, do not start a new application straight away. Check the board’s resignation rules first, because the resignation and withdrawal window for the earlier rounds was October 1 and 2.

The full Round 3 schedule after today

Registration and fee payment close tonight at 11:59 PM. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board will release the Round 3 rank card on October 8. Choice filling, editing and locking runs until 11:59 PM on October 9. If you forget to lock, your saved choices get auto-locked at the deadline in the order you arranged them.

The provisional seat allotment result comes out on October 14. Allotted candidates can download their allotment orders between October 14 and October 17. Document verification and admission happen on October 16 and 17 at the allotted college.

Miss the 11:59 PM registration cut-off tonight, and Round 3 simply does not exist for you. Choice filling later cannot fix a registration that was never completed.

How much you pay to apply

The counselling fee is non-refundable and must be paid online while registering. UR, EWS, BC and EBC candidates pay Rs. 1,200. SC, ST and DQ candidates pay Rs. 600. Payment goes through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.

There is one extra cost to know about. Candidates who include private college seats in their choices must also pay a security deposit, and the amount depends on the type of college picked. Check the deposit for your category on the portal before you fill choices, because an unpaid deposit can keep you out of the allotment for those seats.

How to register in 7 steps before midnight

1. Go to the official BCECEB portal and open the UGMAC 2026 Round 3 registration link.
2. Enter your NEET UG 2026 roll number, name and date of birth to authenticate.
3. Create your password and note down your UGMAC ID.
4. Fill in personal, contact and academic details carefully.
5. Upload your photograph, signature and scanned certificates.
6. Preview the full form, fix any error, then submit.
7. Pay the counselling fee online and save the confirmation page and fee receipt.

Keep your NEET UG admit card and scorecard scanned before you start. A slow start at 11 PM is the most common reason forms get left half-done on deadline day.

Documents to keep ready for verification

On October 16 or 17, you will report to your allotted college with originals and self-attested copies. The list is long, so arrange it now: NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets and passing certificates, Bihar domicile certificate, category certificate if applicable, current-year EWS certificate if claimed, Aadhaar card, recent passport-size photographs, and the printout of your allotment order. One missing paper can cost you the seat.

Give this round the same seriousness as a first attempt.
