9,848 Candidates Got Their NITTT Batch-13 Result on October 5: Check Your Scorecard
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the result of the National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training (NITTT) July-August 2026 examination. The announcement came on October 5, 2026, for candidates of Batch-13. If you sat for the exam, you can now download your scorecard from the official NITTT website by logging in with your application number and date of birth.
This round was a big one. A total of 10,201 candidates registered, and 9,848 of them actually appeared for the test. The examination was held in internet-based mode with remote proctoring, spread across eight sessions on July 31, August 1, 7 and 8, 2026. With the result now live, candidates should download their scorecards and check every detail on them.
What the October 5 result announcement covers
The declaration covers the full Batch-13 July-August 2026 cycle. Everyone who appeared in any of the eight sessions can access their individual scorecard online. The result is available only through the official portal; it is not being mailed to anyone, so do not wait for a physical copy.
Students used to tracking the latest exam results will find the process familiar. You log in, view the scorecard, and save a PDF for your records. Take a printout as well, since institutions often ask for a hard copy later.
How to download your NITTT scorecard in 7 steps
Follow these steps one by one. If you have not yet read our guide on how to check your university result online, the same basics apply here: keep your login details ready before you start.
- Go to the official NITTT website at nittt.nta.ac.in.
- On the homepage, look for the link marked for the NITTT July-August 2026 result or scorecard.
- Click on that result link to open the login window.
- Enter your application number exactly as it was given during registration.
- Enter your date of birth in the format the portal asks for.
- Submit the details. Your scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download the scorecard and take a printout for future reference.
Double-check your name, roll number, and marks as soon as the scorecard opens. Small errors are easiest to fix when reported early. If anything on the scorecard looks wrong, contact the exam authority right away with your application number and a short description of the problem.
What NITTT is, and why this result matters to teachers
The full name of the exam says it plainly: National Initiative for Technical Teachers Training. It is the mandatory final assessment for in-service inductee teachers working in AICTE-approved technical institutions. In simple terms, it tests and sharpens the teaching skills of new engineering and technical college teachers.
For the thousands of teachers in this batch, the scorecard is the proof that they cleared that assessment. Many institutions use the result as part of their service records and training files. That is why downloading it now, while the portal is fully available, is the sensible move.
The scorecard is not the certificate. NTA has said clearly that its job ends with conducting the exam and declaring the result; the Module Completion Certificate arrives separately from NITTT.
The certificate comes separately: keep the scorecard safe
NTA has clarified that its responsibility is limited to conducting the examination, processing the results, and declaring the result. The Module Completion Certificate will be issued by NITTT separately in due course. Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official NITTT website for updates on the certificate.
Until the certificate is issued, your downloaded scorecard is your main proof of qualification. Save the PDF in at least two places, and keep the printout with your other academic documents. If you are applying anywhere that asks for proof of the NITTT qualification, the scorecard is what you will submit for now.
The pattern here mirrors other national-level results handled through candidate logins, including this season’s MAT September 2026 result guide. The discipline is the same every time: log in early, download once, and verify the details before you file it away.
